Willow is the new tap range with a feminine feel from Damixa. The range is perfect for contemporary bathrooms with high porcelain basins. Willow includes a range of models and designs.
“A high porcelain basic requires an elegant and slim tap. Willow fits perfectly – as it does in many other contexts where a simple and feminine design is required,” says Berit Linde Jessen, Marketing & Brand Director at Damixa.
The Willow range from the Danish company Damixa comprises different taps, including the very slender and tall model whose body has a diameter of 35 – significantly less than conventional taps. This slim model recalls a willow branch. It is also available in a slightly heavier model with conventional dimensions – ideal for kitchens and utility rooms as well as for bathrooms with sunken basins. Finally, the range includes a unique model that fascinates most customers: It has a distinctive cut in its spout to make the water flow beautifully as if from an old-fashioned water pump.
“Water is life-affirming and beautiful. I believe that most people will think it looks extraordinary when the water flows calmly as if from a water pump. This was the idea behind the model which I think will be popular for stylish bathrooms,” says Berit Linde Jessen.
Pricing and functionality
One of Damixa’s ideas with the Willow range is to sell it globally. This involves production of many units which, in turn, means that a stylish tap will be available at a very reasonable price. The taps are easy to maintain as they can be descaled by simply running a finger under the rubber-coated air mixer. This tap range comprises models for utility rooms and bathrooms.
